Skyjack appoints two new territory sales managers in the U.S. as part of its North American sales strategy.
Skyjack has appointed two new territory sales managers in North America as the company expands its sales leadership team and supports long-term growth initiatives.
Announced June 15, 2026, the appointments include Steve De La Torre, who will oversee Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico, and Brian Wesley, who will manage Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and West Tennessee.
According to Skyjack, the additions are intended to strengthen the company’s North American sales organization and support customer relationships across regional markets.
De La Torre brings more than 21 years of experience in the aerial lift and material handling industry, with experience focused on business development and customer support. Skyjack said his background includes working with rental companies throughout the American Southwest and developing relationships within the rental and contractor markets.
“Steve’s proven experience within the rental equipment and construction service industries of CO, AZ and NM is a real asset for customers seeking Skyjack’s reliable machines and exceptional service,” explained Matt Tavianini, VP of Sales, North America, Skyjack. “I’m looking forward to Steve’s impact on Skyjack and our southwestern US markets.”
“Skyjack has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer support across the Southwest,” added De La Torre. “I am eager to connect with, and strengthen relationships with, Skyjack’s partners and operators in the region and help drive continued growth.”
Wesley has been appointed territory sales manager for Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and West Tennessee, succeeding Bob Webb following his retirement from the position. Wesley brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction equipment rental market and has worked with customers in Louisiana and Mississippi for more than two decades.
“Brian’s experience within the regional rental markets, and with the current customer base, will prove valuable in the transition to Skyjack,” highlighted Tavianini. “With his strong foundation built in equipment rental and customer service, Brian is a great addition to our company, which is known for reliability and innovation.”
“I am thrilled to take on the Territory Sales Manager role with Skyjack,” shared Wesley. “Bob has done a fantastic job with the Southeast markets to date and I look forward to continuing to build upon that momentum.”
Skyjack also recognized Bob Webb, who joined the company in 2016 after a long career in the construction industry.
“We sincerely thank Bob for the passion and expertise that he brought to the organization. We at Skyjack are all wishing him and his family a happy and healthy retirement,” said Tavianini.
