New SmartFlex BK360 Gloves Enhance Cold-Weather Contractor Safety
Brass Knuckle’s SmartFlex BK360 gloves offer contractors thermal protection and grip for safe, productive work in cold conditions.
Contractors working outdoors or in refrigerated settings now have a new cold-weather safety option. Brass Knuckle introduced the SmartFlex BK360 glove, engineered for warmth, flexibility and superior grip in harsh conditions.
The BK360 combines a 13-gauge nylon shell with a seven-gauge napped acrylic liner for insulation and comfort. Its foam latex palm and fingers maintain dexterity in freezing temperatures, allowing precise handling of tools and materials. A seamless knit wrist blocks cold air and debris while keeping hands dry.
“Cold exposure isn’t just uncomfortable — it’s dangerous,” Brass Knuckle said, highlighting NIOSH guidance on cold stress and its potential impact on workers’ health.
The glove’s foam latex coating ensures slip resistance by drawing moisture from the palm and remaining flexible, even in frigid environments. Contractors can use the SmartFlex BK360 to maintain safety, efficiency and compliance throughout cold-weather projects.
