Brass Knuckle introduced two new personal protective equipment (PPE) products designed for use across a range of construction site applications: the SmartCut BKCR4420 gloves and the Vader Combo face and eye shield.

The SmartCut BKCR4420 gloves offer A4-level cut resistance and are built to meet the needs of tasks including demolition, carpentry, masonry, roofing and pipework. Constructed with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell, the gloves feature a water-based polyurethane (WBPU) palm and finger base coat that helps minimize penetration of light liquids, including oil. A foam nitrile topcoat further enhances grip. Despite their protective design, the gloves maintain the dexterity and flexibility required for detailed construction work.

In addition to hand protection, Brass Knuckle’s Vader Combo delivers eye and full-face coverage. The design is independent of hardhat attachments, allowing the shield to move with the wearer’s line of sight. The integrated goggle and face shield construction brings protection closer to the face, helping reduce splashback risk. The shield is impact-resistant and rated for D3 droplet and splash protection. It also features anti-fog properties to support consistent visibility on the job.

Together, the SmartCut BKCR4420 gloves and the Vader Combo shield provide combined hand, eye and face protection suitable for a broad range of construction tasks.
