Maxam Tire has launched the MT152 Rubber Track, a new track designed for compact track loaders operating in challenging terrain.

The MT152 uses an enhanced Z-Lug design with increased tread depth and a larger footprint. According to Maxam Tire, the design is intended to provide aggressive traction while increasing wear life.

The rubber track is designed for construction, site preparation, and general earthmoving applications. Maxam Tire says the MT152 is suited to loose ground conditions and is designed to provide machine stability and durability during demanding workloads.

The MT152 features a heavy-duty carcass intended to provide structural integrity under demanding operating conditions. Its stepped tread pattern is designed to allow mud and debris to move out of the tread more efficiently, while a cut- and tear-resistant tread compound is intended to improve durability.

The track also has increased tread depth and an optimized net-to-gross ratio, which Maxam Tire says contribute to longer tread life.

“The MT152 was developed to give equipment owners aggressive traction and the durability they need to maximize uptime,” said Matt Fagan, director of research & development at Maxam Tire. “By enhancing the traditional Z-Lug design with a deeper tread, larger footprint, and reinforced carcass construction, we’ve created a rubber track that delivers outstanding performance, extended wear life, and dependable operation across a wide range of challenging jobsite conditions.”

The Maxam MT152 Rubber Track is available through Maxam representatives. The company also offers a complete rubber track lineup.
