Hiab Expands ProCare Lifecycle Services
Hiab's updated ProCare portfolio combines maintenance, connectivity, remote diagnostics, and monitoring for equipment fleets.
Hiab has announced the next generation of its ProCare lifecycle services portfolio, a service offering that combines equipment maintenance with connectivity, data, and digital services. The company said the updated portfolio is intended to provide fleet owners with greater visibility into equipment performance, maintenance needs, costs, and availability.
The renewed ProCare portfolio includes three agreement levels: Standard, Plus, and Premium. The options are designed to address different operational needs while providing greater predictability around maintenance and equipment availability, according to Hiab.
Hiab said its approach combines service expertise with connected equipment and data to identify ways to improve fleet performance. The company currently has more than 50,000 connected assets and more than 1 million completed service visits.
The ProCare portfolio includes an insights platform that provides equipment performance information, service reporting, and support services. API access also allows customers to integrate the information with their own systems.
Another component is intelligent remote diagnostics, which uses a secure, two-way connection between equipment operators and Hiab. The system is designed to help identify and resolve equipment issues remotely.
Hiab is also adding real-time remote monitoring for connected assets. Hiab experts monitor equipment for potential safety, reliability, and productivity risks and provide alerts when issues are identified. The alerts include both rule-based criteria and AI-driven predictive insights.
"Lifetime care of Hiab equipment should be as simple and easy as possible, while delivering clear business value for our customers," says Maria Lindroos, VP lifecycle services at Hiab. “With the next generation of ProCare, we are combining our service expertise, connected equipment and data to help customers increase equipment availability, make lifecycle costs more predictable and get more productivity from their fleets.”
Hiab said the updated portfolio is intended to move lifecycle services beyond traditional maintenance by combining physical service with connectivity, data, and technical expertise.
A phased global rollout of the renewed ProCare Service Agreements portfolio is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
