Elliott Equipment Expands Sales Leadership With Rycroft Appointment

Elliott Equipment appoints Chris Rycroft as Director of Sales, expanding his leadership role across all product lines.

Elliott Equipment Company has appointed Chris Rycroft as director of sales, expanding his current leadership role within Stellar Industries to include oversight of Elliott’s product portfolio and sales organization.

The appointment, effective immediately, adds Elliott’s truck-mounted aerial work platforms, digger derricks and cranes to Rycroft’s responsibilities while he continues serving as director of sales for mechanic and lube truck products at Stellar Industries.

According to the company, Rycroft will oversee market growth across all Elliott product lines and provide field insight to support product development efforts. Elliott’s Regional Sales Managers will also report directly to him.

Rycroft joined Stellar in 2021 and has spent the last five years supporting the company’s position in the mechanic truck market. He will continue leading Stellar’s Regional Sales Managers for Mechanic and Lube Truck Products while taking on his new responsibilities with Elliott.

With more than 40 years of sales experience, Rycroft brings industry knowledge and market strategy experience to the expanded role.

When asked about his appointment, Rycroft said, “I am looking forward to diving into Elliott’s portfolio of products and connecting with Elliott customers. It is a privilege to represent two legendary brands and I’m thrilled by the significant opportunities that lie ahead for us.”

The company said the leadership structure is intended to strengthen alignment between Stellar and Elliott, allowing for increased collaboration across sales teams, faster sharing of market information and a more connected customer experience across regions and product lines.

“Chris is the perfect fit for this position,” said Tim Davison, vice president of sales and marketing at Stellar. “With his unequivocal knowledge and valuable industry connections, he is sure to lead the Elliott sales team in the right direction.”

Elliott Equipment manufactures truck-mounted aerial work platforms, digger derricks and cranes used across utility, construction and equipment markets.
