Donkey Forklifts Adds Welch Equipment as Authorized Dealer

Donkey Forklifts has named Welch Equipment Company as an authorized dealer, expanding access to its truck-mounted forklift solutions across Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and surrounding areas.

Founded in 1985, Welch Equipment provides equipment sales, rentals, service, parts, warehouse solutions and industrial power systems throughout the Rocky Mountain region. The company serves a variety of industries and focuses on helping operations improve efficiency, productivity and long-term performance.

The dealership agreement also connects Donkey Forklifts with the region where the company was founded. While Donkey forklifts are currently manufactured in Bay Springs, Mississippi, the brand began in Colorado in 1985. The company said the partnership expands support for customers in the region as Donkey marks 40 years of American-made innovation.

As an authorized dealer, Welch Equipment will provide customers access to Donkey’s lineup of truck-mounted forklift solutions, including the hydrostatic JACK forklift and the company’s Single Axle Solution.

Donkey’s truck-mounted forklifts are designed for applications including building supply, roofing, turf and fencing. The equipment features lightweight designs, reach capabilities and under-CDL delivery advantages, according to the company.

The partnership is part of Donkey Forklifts’ continued dealer network expansion as the company focuses on working with dealerships that provide operational expertise, service support and solutions for customer needs.
