CM Labs Updates Intellia Training System

CM Labs has introduced new features for its Intellia Workforce Training System, adding training management tools for instructors and trainees.

The updates include After-Action Review, AI assistants, and a performance leaderboard. The tools are designed to help instructors manage classroom time, review trainee sessions, and provide guidance during training.

After-Action Review records training sessions in Intellia Instructor for later evaluation. During replay, instructors can move through the 3D environment to examine trainee performance from different angles, including completed goals and errors. The information can help instructors tailor training plans to areas where trainees need additional attention.

The AI Assistants provide context-aware answers by voice or text using CM Labs' product documentation. For instructors, the tools can recommend training exercises and assist with course planning. Trainees can also receive guidance while completing exercises.

The performance leaderboard provides dashboards for sharing live results with a classroom. CM Labs said the tools allow instructors to divide their attention among multiple students while reviewing key events and providing feedback.
