CM Labs Simulations will showcase its new Intellia Workforce Training System at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas, where attendees can view live demonstrations in North Hall, booth N11839.

The system is designed to standardize and manage simulation-based operator training across construction organizations. It integrates training curriculum, performance management tools, simulation hardware and AI-assisted learning into a single platform.

According to CM Labs, many construction companies are facing challenges related to limited training resources, disconnected tools and inconsistent training outcomes as they work to develop skilled operators.

The Intellia Workforce Training System manages the full training lifecycle, beginning with structured simulator-based exercises combined with web-based learning content. The curriculum is built on CM Labs’ physics-based heavy equipment simulations, designed to reflect realistic machine behavior and jobsite conditions.

Training management tools within the system allow organizations to oversee curriculum, track trainee performance and generate reports through one platform. The system also includes simulation hardware and auxiliary stations that mirror real jobsite equipment and crew roles, offering a range of training environments from entry-level setups to fully immersive configurations.

“Construction training teams are being asked to do more to solve the labor shortage with less, without compromising safety or training quality,” said Lisa Barbieri, vice president of marketing and strategic relationships at CM Labs. “The Intellia Workforce Training System brings structure, visibility and consistency to operator training, helping organizations reduce risk and scale their programs with confidence.”

The system also introduces an AI Assistant integrated into the training workflow. Initially launching with the Tracked Excavator simulation curriculum, the AI Assistant provides contextual support by answering questions related to exercises, objectives and system functions during training sessions.

CM Labs states that the AI Assistant is intended to reduce manual tasks for instructors and help training sessions run more efficiently while allowing instructors to focus on coaching and evaluation.

Live demonstrations of the system and its AI-assisted training features will be available throughout CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026.
