Bravi Platforms Launches Streaming Technical Training for Leonardo HD

Bravi Platforms has introduced a new digital training initiative aimed at supporting service technicians within rental and resale organizations. The company has launched a streaming technical training program, beginning with a detailed video focused on the Leonardo HD aerial work platform.

The online training content is designed to improve access to technical support and align with evolving service needs in the access equipment market. The Leonardo HD training video is available in five languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French and German.

The video provides structured technical instruction covering the platform’s main features and components, safety procedures, basic maintenance and service operations, as well as diagnostics, display reading and error codes. According to the company, the goal is to support technicians during daily service activities and help reduce intervention time through clearer understanding of the equipment.

The training video incorporates 3D technology, allowing users to virtually explore the Leonardo HD platform and better understand its structure, operation and operating logic. The visual format is intended to make technical learning more immediate and accessible, particularly for service teams working in the field.

“This initiative forms part of Bravi Platforms’ broader strategy to build stronger customer relationships by leveraging digital solutions complementing technical manuals and after-sales services. Our main goal is enhancing our customer’s overall product experience,” explains the CEO, Pierino Bravi.

Bravi Platforms plans to expand the streaming training format later this year, with similar content scheduled for the Bravi Sprint model in the second half of the year. The company stated that the initiative is intended to support customers throughout the machine lifecycle, from selection and commissioning through ongoing operation and maintenance.
