Bobcat Employees Contribute 2,000 Volunteer Hours

Bobcat Company and its employees recently participated in community volunteer projects and charitable giving through Doosan Bobcat Community Days and the company’s annual Fall Giving Campaign.

More than 200 employees contributed 2,000 volunteer hours to community projects across North America through Doosan Bobcat Community Days. Employees in North America and other global locations participated in projects supporting local nonprofits and community organizations, with efforts focused on education, environmental stewardship, and community development.

Projects included clearing and creating nature trails, picking up litter, renovating community campsites, and planting trees. In some cases, Bobcat equipment was used to complete projects.

“At Bobcat, we believe strong communities are built through action,” said Stacey Breuer, vice president of HR, Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. “Doosan Bobcat Community Days brings our employees together around a shared purpose, creating positive impact in the places where we live and work while demonstrating our commitment to being a responsible community partner.”

Employees also participated in the company’s annual Fall Giving Campaign, supporting nonprofit organizations of their choice. Bobcat matched employee donations dollar-for-dollar, up to $3,000 per employee.

In total, Bobcat and its employees donated more than $100,000 to 80 nonprofit organizations across North America.

"Supporting organizations our employees care about is core to who we are at Bobcat," said Breuer. "Our Fall Giving campaign is designed to help our employees’ generosity go further while supporting nonprofits that are making a meaningful difference in our communities."

Throughout the year, Bobcat partners with organizations focused on STEM education, workforce development, and disaster relief. The company recently announced a $1 million multi-year investment in the Fargo-Moorhead Science Museum to support the development of hands-on STEM experiences.

Bobcat also expanded its partnership with The Salvation Army through an additional $465,000 equipment donation, bringing total contributions to more than $1.35 million since 2024.
