AXCS Equipment unveils a redesigned website featuring service tools, a dealer portal and improved equipment information.
AXCS Equipment has launched a redesigned website aimed at simplifying equipment selection and improving access to support resources for customers and dealers.
The new platform features updated equipment pages with brochures and manuals positioned prominently for quick access. Equipment options are now fully clickable and direct users to dedicated product pages that include detailed information and links to purchase parts and accessories.
“Our goal has always been to engineer solutions beyond the machine itself,” said Eric Liner, CEO of AXCS Equipment. “This new website is a digital extension of that commitment. We are giving our customers a powerful, intuitive tool that streamlines everything from finding the perfect lift to managing service and warranty claims, ultimately ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency on the jobsite.”
Customer support tools are a key component of the redesign. The website includes a new service ticket system, a warranty claim system and a service bulletin lookup tool that allows maintenance teams to locate service documents more efficiently. Existing resources remain available through the company's Resource Library.
AXCS Equipment also introduced a dealer portal designed to support its network of partners as additional features are added in the future.
The website includes an updated careers section and an enhanced blog and news platform to support the company's continued growth and industry engagement.
The company said an advanced QR code machine lookup feature is also under development. The system will use machine decals tied to individual serial numbers to provide unit-specific information directly to users' mobile devices.
