AXCS Equipment has launched a new self-service parts portal designed to streamline replacement parts ordering for its equipment and legacy Hy-Brid Lifts machines.

The company announced the platform on June 17, stating that the online portal allows customers to identify, order and track parts from a single interface. The mobile-friendly system is available through a web browser and can be accessed from both office and jobsite locations.

According to AXCS Equipment, the portal is designed to simplify the parts procurement process by combining parts identification, inventory availability, purchasing, shipping information and tracking tools into one platform.

“For too long, parts ordering in our industry has been slow, manual, and unnecessarily complicated,” said Eric Liner, CEO of AXCS Equipment. “We set out to change that. This portal is about giving our customers full control — fast, accurate and on their terms.”

The platform includes serial number-based searches that allow users to locate parts specific to their machine. Interactive schematic diagrams enable users to identify components and add them directly to an order. The system also automatically identifies obsolete parts and directs users to current replacement components when applicable.

Additional features include real-time inventory visibility, current pricing information, credit card payment options, purchase order processing for approved accounts and integrated shipping and tracking capabilities. Users can also access account management tools to review previous orders and manage billing information.

AXCS Equipment said the launch is part of its broader effort to support equipment owners throughout the lifecycle of their machines.

“With this portal, we’re removing barriers and putting power back in the hands of our customers,” Liner added. “It’s another step forward in how AXCS is engineering solutions beyond the machine itself.”

The portal is now available to customers nationwide.
