ASV Introduces MAX-Guard Extended Warranty Program

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America announced the launch of MAX-Guard, an extended warranty program designed for its ASV brand of compact equipment to provide customers with additional protection and long-term value for their machinery investments.

MAX-Guard is intended to complement ASV’s standard base warranty and offers up to three additional years or 3,000 machine hours of coverage. The program can offer a total of up to five years or 5,000 hours of protection when combined with the existing base warranty for ASV compact track loaders.

“MAX-Guard reflects our promise to stand behind our equipment well beyond the point of sale,” said Buck Storlie, director of aftermarket at Yanmar Compact Equipment North America. “It’s designed to give customers peace of mind while also reinforcing our commitment to dealer partnerships by making service and support more accessible and efficient.”

Customers can choose from three levels of coverage — Comprehensive, Powertrain and Powertrain Plus Hydraulics — depending on their equipment and operational needs. All warranty-related service, whether under the standard or extended coverage, is performed by authorized ASV dealers to ensure consistent quality and support.

The MAX-Guard program is fully transferable, offering added resale value for used machines. Plans can be purchased at any time during the base warranty period, offering flexibility for buyers and operators.

The MAX-Guard launch follows the introduction of Ycare, a similar extended warranty program for the Yanmar Compact Equipment brand, also managed by Yanmar Compact Equipment North America.

Eligible equipment owners can enroll in MAX-Guard through their local dealer. Warranty claims are handled directly through the dealership network.
