Arrowhead Winch Appoints Joe Hillenburg as Senior District Sales Manager

Arrowhead Winch has appointed Joe Hillenburg as senior district sales manager, adding more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience to its team.

Based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, the company announced the appointment June 5, noting that Hillenburg brings extensive knowledge of the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic product lines used in winch, hoist and drive applications.

Hillenburg has worked in the winch and related equipment industry for more than two decades. Prior to joining Arrowhead Winch, he served as national sales and marketing manager at Winches Inc.

He previously held the role of technical sales and service manager for PACCAR Winch, which is now part of Arrowhead Winch, where he provided technical product support and service assistance across the company’s core brands.

Arrowhead Winch stated that Hillenburg’s appointment is intended to strengthen sales support and customer relationships across its product lines, which serve industrial winch, hoist and drive system applications.
