Yanmar Launches Full Line of Compact Track Loaders for Construction Applications

Yanmar Compact Equipment officially completed the launch of its compact track loader line with the release of four construction-grade models: the TL65RS-1C, TL75VS-1C, TL80VS-1C and TL100VS. These machines, ranging from 67 to 103.5 horsepower, are now available at Yanmar dealers and are engineered to meet the performance, efficiency and reliability demands of the construction, utility and rental sectors.

Yanmar’s new models serve a wide range of construction needs, offering both radial- and vertical-lift configurations for specific jobsite demands. The TL65RS-1C, the most compact in the lineup, features a 67-horsepower Yanmar tier 4 final diesel engine and a 2,100-pound rated operating capacity. Its design emphasizes maneuverability, transportability and performance on tight jobsites.

The TL75VS-1C, a midsize vertical-lift machine, delivers a 71.5-horsepower engine and a 2,555-pound operating capacity. With a maximum bucket pin height of 10 feet, 6.5 inches, it’s tailored for truck loading and other elevated work.

Also featuring a 71.5-horsepower engine, the TL80VS-1C steps up with a 2,900-pound rated operating capacity and high-flow hydraulic capability of up to 34.3 gpm. According to Ovrebo, “This machine’s capability provides similar performance to larger machines while maintaining the agility of a more compact unit.”

All models include construction-grade durability and feature Yanmar Tier 4 Final diesel engines. Each loader incorporates a torsion axle suspended undercarriage with a pivot link system at the rear axle, reducing oscillation and enhancing material retention and ride quality. Operators also benefit from heavy-duty bar-tread tracks that boost traction in snow, mud and other challenging conditions.

Each compact track loader includes options designed to enhance jobsite efficiency. Features such as work tool positioners, return-to-position settings and dual-direction self-leveling make machine operation intuitive, especially for newer operators. Auto two-speed functionality and speed-sensitive ride control ensure smooth transitions between high- and low-speed applications, such as grading or material transport.

“These innovative offerings help increase efficiency and make the machine easy to learn,” said Ovrebo. “They allow for a quick training process for users of all experience levels.”

Yanmar’s optional SmartAssist Remote telematics is available on all models and provides real-time operational insights, error detection and daily work reports. The platform also includes theft protection, allowing users to set a geofence that triggers alerts if the machine moves beyond a defined area.

A 7-inch touchscreen display is standard across the lineup, offering centralized access to machine functions and diagnostics.

Consistent with Yanmar’s reputation, each model comes with a 2-year/2,000-hour warranty. Tracks are backed by a 1-year/1,000-hour warranty, reflecting the company's confidence in its equipment’s reliability.

For ease of maintenance, the loaders are designed with three-panel engine access, swing-out radiators and removable skid plates to speed up routine cleaning and service tasks.
