Yanmar Adds Six Compact Track Loaders

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America has introduced six new mid- and large-frame compact track loaders (CTLs), expanding its North American lineup to nine new models featuring ASV Posi-Track fully suspended torsion-axle undercarriages.

The new TL65RP, TL75VP, TL80VP, TL100VP, TL80VP Forestry, and TL100VP Forestry join the TL25RP, TL40RP, and TL50RP introduced in July. The expanded lineup covers construction, landscaping, agriculture, material handling, land management, and forestry applications.

The new machines are manufactured at Yanmar’s Grand Rapids, Minnesota, facility. Across the six models, rated operating capacities range from 2,000 to 4,100 pounds, with auxiliary hydraulic flow of up to 41 gallons per minute.

The radial-lift TL65RP is powered by a 67.1-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine and has a 2,000-pound rated operating capacity. Available 26.7-gallon-per-minute high-flow hydraulics are also offered.

The TL75VP is the smallest vertical-lift CTL in the new group. It produces 71.5 horsepower and has a 2,300-pound rated operating capacity. The machine is intended for truck loading, pallet handling, material movement, construction, and landscaping work.

The TL80VP has 71.5 horsepower, a 2,800-pound rated operating capacity, and available 34.3-gallon-per-minute high-flow auxiliary hydraulics. It uses an ASV Posi-Track dual-level suspended undercarriage with torsion axles and bogie wheels, along with standard 17.7-inch-wide tracks.

With 103.5 horsepower and a 3,500-pound rated operating capacity, the TL100VP is the largest standard model in the new group. It also offers 41-gallon-per-minute high-flow auxiliary hydraulics for construction, landscaping, agriculture, and material-handling applications.

Yanmar also introduced two CTLs configured for forestry and land-management applications.

The TL80VP Forestry combines 71.5 horsepower, a 2,800-pound rated operating capacity, and standard 34.3-gallon-per-minute high-flow hydraulics. The machine has purpose-built guarding and a dedicated Forestry cab with a 3/4-inch polycarbonate door, 1/2-inch polycarbonate side windows, and Forestry ROPS and FOPS certification.

The TL100VP Forestry has 103.5 horsepower, a 4,100-pound rated operating capacity, and standard 41-gallon-per-minute high-flow hydraulics. It includes a hydraulically driven reversing fan, purpose-built guarding, a dedicated Forestry cab, and 20-inch-wide tracks. The model is configured for mulching, land clearing, and right-of-way work.

All six machines use ASV Posi-Track fully suspended torsion-axle undercarriage technology. Yanmar says the design allows the undercarriage to conform to terrain and maintain ground contact across soft, uneven, and challenging surfaces.

The TL80VP, TL100VP, TL80VP Forestry, and TL100VP Forestry use a dual-level suspension that combines independent torsion axles with suspended bogie wheels.

Standard operator technology across the six models includes a 7-inch color display, rearview camera, electronic joystick controls, selectable ISO or H-pattern settings, adjustable operator profiles, and speed settings. SmartAssist Remote telematics is also standard, with complimentary service for the first five years.

The system provides information including machine location, utilization, and maintenance data.

Yanmar said it has invested more than $32 million in automation, innovation, and manufacturing technology at its Grand Rapids facility since acquiring ASV in 2019. The company plans to invest another $30 million over five years to expand CTL engineering capabilities and production capacity.

The six new models are available through authorized Yanmar Compact Equipment dealers in the United States and Canada.
