Xpanner recently participated in the 2025 Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) ROADEO, held May 13–14 in Perry, Georgia, where it showcased its smart construction technology in partnership with DEVELON North America.

Designed to highlight safety and innovation in transportation infrastructure, the GDOT ROADEO drew contractors, vendors and state personnel. Xpanner’s display featured the DEVELON DX140W wheeled excavator equipped with a Steelwrist X18 tiltrotator. The demonstration allowed attendees to observe smooth and responsive operation from inside the cab, including seamless transitions between attachments such as grapples and pallet forks, all managed via joystick controls.

“We were honored to join this incredible event and connect with so many GDOT professionals who share our commitment to safety and openness to innovation,” said Summer Park, vice president of global marketing for Xpanner. “The ROADEO continues to be a great platform to demonstrate how modern equipment and smart solutions can transform job site performance, particularly when it comes to infrastructure worksites.”

A live demonstration by well-known construction content creator Hero Excavator drew attention as the operator stacked bricks with notable accuracy, underscoring the precision capabilities of the technology.

Founded in South Korea in 2020 and active in the U.S. since 2023, Xpanner specializes in retrofitting automation and robotics into existing construction machinery. The company’s smart solutions are designed to help contractors complete tasks more efficiently and improve overall jobsite productivity.

Xpanner plans to return to the GDOT ROADEO in 2026 to showcase continued advancements in smart excavation and construction equipment.
