Work Truck Week 2027 Set for March 9–12

Work Truck Week 2027 will return to the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis March 9 to 12, 2027, with more than 500 exhibitors expected and a new conference focused on emerging commercial vehicle technologies.

NTEA – The Work Truck Association, which produces the event, is launching the Future Truck Summit March 9 in collaboration with the NAFA Fleet Management Association. The full-day conference replaces the Green Truck Summit and will expand its focus beyond sustainability to address software, hardware, and advanced vehicle technologies affecting the next generation of commercial fleets.

Work Truck Week includes The Work Truck Show, Future Truck Summit, the NTEA Annual Meeting, Work Truck Week Ride & Drive, and an educational program.

The 2027 schedule includes the Future Truck Summit and educational program on March 9, followed by the Ride & Drive March 10 to 11. The Work Truck Show exhibit hall will be open March 10 to 12.

The event has brought together chassis OEMs, fleet managers, upfitters, truck dealers, engineers, and other commercial vehicle professionals for more than 25 years. The 2027 event is expected to feature more than 500 exhibitors displaying commercial vehicles, truck equipment, and connected vehicle technologies.

The educational program will include sessions on vehicle specification, total cost of ownership, and ways to optimize vehicle safety and performance. OEMs will also provide information on integration, upfitting, and design changes.

Work Truck Week will take place at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. Registration and housing information is expected to become available in fall 2026.
