Attendees at Work Truck Week 2026 will have the opportunity to test drive a range of commercial vehicles during the event’s Ride & Drive program, scheduled for March 11 and 12 in downtown Indianapolis.

The Ride & Drive event is free to all Work Truck Week attendees and will run from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles available will cover Classes 2 through 7 and include a mix of electric and internal combustion models featuring updated propulsion systems and technology aimed at improving fuel efficiency and reducing emissions.

Work Truck Week takes place March 10–13, 2026, at the Indiana Convention Center. The event includes the Work Truck Show, Green Truck Summit, educational sessions and the NTEA Annual Meeting.

“Ride & Drive is a unique opportunity for anyone at Work Truck Week to spend some hands-on time out on the road with the latest commercial vehicles and the technology that drives them,” says Chris Lyon, NTEA director of fleet relations. “They can choose to drive or ride along to take notes and photos. Manufacturer reps for each vehicle will be on hand to provide information and answer questions.”
