USA Export, Inc. has expanded its heavy equipment export and logistics services as global buyers seek alternatives to rising international shipping costs and evolving environmental requirements at ocean ports.

Based in Joliet, Illinois, the company announced expanded capabilities in Zero-Cut Dismantling, container loading, flat-rack preparation and international shipping. The services are designed to help customers transport heavy equipment while reducing shipping costs and maintaining equipment integrity.

According to the company, increasing Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) and BreakBulk freight rates have led more equipment buyers to consider containerized shipping options. USA Export specializes in preparing construction equipment, mining machinery, trucks and industrial assets for container transport.

Founded in 2007, the company serves customers worldwide and provides dismantling, loading, exporting and transportation services for a range of equipment types. The company said its transportation network allows running equipment to be picked up within two to five business days, while non-running equipment can typically be recovered within five to 10 business days from auction sites and seller locations throughout the United States.

A key component of the company's process is its Zero-Cut Dismantling approach. Rather than using torch-cutting methods that may affect structural components, technicians use hydraulic tools and lifting equipment to dismantle oversized machinery for transport when possible. The company said this process helps preserve the original factory integrity of equipment from manufacturers including Caterpillar, John Deere, Volvo, Komatsu and Hitachi.

USA Export also provides loading and shipping services for excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, mining equipment, semi-trucks and oversized project cargo. Equipment can be prepared for transport using flat-rack containers, open-top containers, high-cube containers, rail transportation and ocean freight.

The company said all shipments undergo environmental preparation procedures, including fluid removal when required and cargo securement using industry-approved methods. USA Export also provides photographic documentation throughout the dismantling, loading and containerization process.

"Our mission is simple: protect the customer's equipment and protect their bottom line," says Inga Kevliciene, CEO of USA Export, Inc. "By combining specialized dismantling, strategic inland transportation and advanced container loading techniques, we help our clients avoid excessive shipping costs while ensuring their machinery arrives safely, securely and ready to work."

USA Export provides export, logistics, dismantling, container loading and transportation services for contractors, equipment dealers, auction buyers and exporters throughout the United States and international markets.
