TVH’s Tanja Dysli Included in Top 100 Women in Supply Chain
Tanja Dysli, TVH COO, earns recognition on the Top 100 Women in Supply Chain list after a few months at the company.
Tanja Dysli, chief operations officer of TVH Americas, has been named to the Top 100 Women in Supply Chain by Supply Chain Digital. The list recognizes executives who influence company direction, operational scale and industry impact.
According to the company, Dysli is delighted with the recognition. “Especially since I’ve only been at TVH for a few months. Of course, this is the result of the whole Operations team, who work hard every day towards our goal of sustainable growth. Moreover, it’s proof that, as a market leader, TVH is on the right track towards futureproofing its business by investing in strengthening stock availability and providing lead times that are both competitive and reliable. And on a personal note, I’m really happy to keep being included on the list, after my inclusion last year,” Dysli said.
Dysli joined TVH in October 2025, bringing extensive experience from IKEA, where she spent 24 years, including six as chief supply chain officer. She advocates for diverse and inclusive teams and emphasizes continuous improvement and innovative technology in her leadership.
TVH Americas, a division of TVH Parts Holding, provides parts and accessories for forklifts, industrial vehicles and light construction equipment. The company operates from 19 locations in the Americas and 90 worldwide, serving clients in more than 180 countries.
