TVH appoints Giuliano Parodi as CEO beginning Sept. 1, bringing leadership experience in industrial equipment.
TVH has appointed Giuliano Parodi as its new chief executive officer, effective September 1, 2026, as the company prepares for its next phase of growth.
Parodi joins TVH from Yanmar, where he most recently served as group chief strategy officer and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. In that role, he contributed to strategic planning and managed regional operations outside Japan.
Prior to that, Parodi served as CEO and chairman of Yanmar Compact Equipment, overseeing a global operation across North America, Europe and Japan. His previous leadership experience also includes positions at Bobcat Company and Fiat Group.
TVH said Parodi brings experience in international business growth, operational scaling and business transformation, with a strong focus on aftermarket support and customer solutions.
A chartered engineer, Parodi holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA. The company noted that he has lived and worked internationally, including nearly 20 years in Belgium.
“I am very proud to join TVH at such an exciting moment in its journey. TVH has built a unique position globally, combining strong customer relationships, deep product expertise and an entrepreneurial culture. I look forward to working with the team to define the next phase of growth, with a clear focus on customers, execution and long-term value creation,” said Parodi.
Patrick Lecluyse, executive chairman of TVH, said: “We are very happy to welcome Giuliano to TVH. He is a leader who builds trust and understands our business deeply. We are confident that his experience and vision will help us grow even stronger in the years to come.”
Following a transition period, Lecluyse will return to his role as Chairman of the Board, according to the company.
