Tri-State Truck Center Named Mack 2024 Dealer of the Year

Mack Trucks has named Tri-State Truck Center of Memphis, Tennessee, its 2024 North American Dealer of the Year.

The announcement was made during Mack’s annual dealer executive meeting.

“Congratulations to Tri-State Truck Center in Memphis and the entire Tri-State team for being the Mack Trucks North American Dealer of the Year,” said Jonathan Randall, president of Mack Trucks North America.

“This dealership exemplifies excellence across all aspects of the business, from sales performance to customer satisfaction. Their commitment to the Mack brand and their customers has proven them to be a leader in our dealer network.”

The award recognizes dealership performance in areas including sales, parts, leasing, financing and customer satisfaction.

In addition to the top honor, Tri-State Truck Center also received recognition as Southeast Regional Dealer of the Year and Mack Leasing System Dealer of the Year.

Mack also announced regional winners for 2024:

• Northeast Region: TransEdge Truck Centers, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
• Southeast Region: Tri-State Truck Center, Memphis, Tennessee.
• Central Region: Kriete Truck Center, Madison, Wisconsin.
• Southwest Region: Bruckner's Truck & Equipment, Shreveport, Louisiana.
• West Region: TEC Equipment, Portland, Oregon.
• Canada Region: Vision Truck Group, Cambridge, Ontario.

Additional honors included:

• Canada MFS Dealer of the Year: Mid-Ontario Truck Centre of Barrie, Ontario
• U.S. MFS Dealer of the Year: TEC Equipment, Portland, Oregon.
• Mack Remarketing Dealer of the Year: Bruckner's Truck & Equipment, Fort Worth, Texas.
• Parts Dealer of the Year: Nextran Truck Centers, Fort Myers, Florida.
• Customer Experience Service Award: Texarkana Mack Sales, Texarkana, Texas
• Customer Experience Sales Award: Ballard Truck Center, Tewksbury, Massachusetts.

The awards highlight dealer achievements across Mack’s North American network.
