Stellar Expands Regional Sales Team to Support Growing Product Lines
Stellar Industries adds new regional sales managers and promotes veteran to support growth across key truck and trailer lines.
Stellar Industries announced several key updates to its sales organization as part of a continued focus on customer growth and regional support. The 100% employee-owned manufacturer has appointed three new regional sales managers and promoted a longtime team member to oversee additional product categories.
Marcus Smith and Rod Belscher have joined the company’s hooklift, roll-off and container truck sales team, covering the Northeast and Western regions, respectively. Brad Held has been hired as regional sales manager for mechanic and lube truck products in the Great Lakes region. In addition, Stellar veteran Tyler Havens has been promoted to LubeMate, FuelMate and trailer sales manager.
Smith brings a background in manufacturing, sales and service to his new position. In his role as regional sales manager in the Northeast, he will focus on developing and executing regional sales plans, analyzing markets and supporting Stellar’s distributor network.
“I’m most looking forward to working with our customers and selling quality products,” said Smith. “There is great potential in the Northeast market, and I’m excited to be part of that future growth.”
Belscher joins the company with decades of experience in the commercial trucking industry and will work closely with distributors across the Western region.
“I’m looking forward to getting to know the customers in my area as well as the challenges they are facing in their business,” said Belscher. “Once I better understand their needs, I feel confident that I’ll be able to help find the product that will align with their goals for growth.”
Held brings more than 10 years of experience in sales and customer service, including work with more than 40 school districts across Ohio. In his new role, he will help distributors anticipate product needs and navigate changing market conditions.
“I am most looking forward to building lifelong relationships with distributors throughout the Great Lakes region,” said Held. “With strong, trusting partnerships and best-in-market products and service, I am excited to contribute to Stellar’s future growth.”
Rounding out the changes, Tyler Havens has been promoted to LubeMate, FuelMate and trailer sales manager. Previously a product manager, Havens’ product knowledge and distributor relationships position him to help grow Stellar’s trailer market share.
“I’m thrilled to be stepping into this new role,” said Havens. “Leveraging the product knowledge and distributor relationships I’ve built over the years, I’m confident I can help grow Stellar’s trailer market share across a variety of industries.”
“We’re excited to welcome Marcus, Rod and Brad to the Stellar team and congratulate Tyler in his new role,” said Tim Davison, vice president of sales and marketing at Stellar. “We are confident that the leadership and experience that they bring to their regions will help drive sales growth and strengthen our customer relationships.”
