OTR Engineered Solutions (OTR) has expanded its TrackBoss rubber track offerings with the new E5 tread pattern, designed to provide smoother rides while minimizing damage to sensitive surfaces. The track is intended for operators who require both surface protection and reliable performance on construction sites.

“Operators shouldn’t have to choose between protecting the jobsite and getting work done. The E5 tread is designed to deliver on both, combining surface-friendly performance with the durability and traction customers expect from OTR track solutions,” said Michael Dembe, vice president of construction.

The E5 tread features a multi-bar pattern that balances the smooth ride of straight-bar tracks with the traction advantages of designs with multiple connecting points. Like other TrackBoss models, the E5 is constructed from proprietary rubber compounds that enhance durability and resist cutting and chunking, offering a longer service life without degrading performance.

The new tread is currently available in commonly used sizes and widths for compact track loaders. Customers can identify the appropriate track for their equipment through OTR’s online Track Finder tool, which provides guidance on tread styles and sizes for various applications.

“Innovations like the E5 tread reflect OTR’s continued investment in expanding our track solutions and delivering greater value to customers worldwide,” said Oscar Torres, president & CEO. “As we grow our presence across both aftermarket and OEM channels, we remain focused on providing high-performance solutions that meet the evolving needs of equipment operators and manufacturers.”

OTR Engineered Solutions specializes in off-the-road tire, wheel and track solutions for OEMs and aftermarket customers, serving industries such as construction, agriculture, forestry, material handling and specialty vehicles through a global network of more than 30 facilities.
