Mazzotta Rentals Expands into Central New Jersey with New Lumberton Branch

Mazzotta Rentals will open a new branch in Lumberton, New Jersey, in Spring 2026, marking a strategic expansion into one of the East Coast’s busiest construction corridors. The location was chosen for its accessibility to major metropolitan areas and its position between Central New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia.

With direct access to Routes 38, 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, the Lumberton branch will support rapid deployment of aerial lifts, telehandlers, earthmoving equipment and other jobsite machinery throughout Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. The site is 30 miles from downtown Philadelphia and has been designed to accommodate fleet growth, parts inventory and in-house service operations.

The new facility is approximately 115 miles from Mazzotta Rentals’ Brewster, NY branch, allowing for coordinated operations across multiple locations. The expansion reinforces the company’s contiguous Northeast footprint, which already includes branches in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. Several team members assigned to the new branch have prior experience in the local market, helping maintain established contractor relationships.

For contractors, the Lumberton branch introduces a locally focused alternative to national chains. Mazzotta Rentals assigns a single point of contact to each customer, managing job specifications, scheduling, service calls, billing and rental returns. “Our structure is simple,” said Robert Mazzotta, VP of Mazzotta Rentals. “One team member, one relationship, from start to finish.
