Kubota North America Corporation announced leadership changes set to take effect Jan. 1, 2026, following the Kubota Corporation Board of Directors meeting in Osaka, Japan.
Todd Stucke (pictured left) will return to the United States as president of Kubota North America after being appointed general manager of Agri Solutions Headquarters, Kubota Japan. Stucke will also lead the company’s North America technology function while focusing on regional and global growth. He succeeds Nobuyuki Ishii, who is retiring.
“I am incredibly honored to continue in a global role alongside my Japanese colleagues to drive the globalization of our business and to further our mission to deliver innovative solutions to our customers,” said Stucke. “As I shift into a leadership role for Kubota North America… I’m excited for what’s to come for our business, our dealers and our customers as we continue to drive growth in this important market for Kubota.”
Kubota President and CEO Yuichi Kitao said the appointment positions the company to support its strategy in North America, calling Stucke “a critical appointment with both worldwide experience and local expertise.”
The company also announced Brian Arnold (pictured right) will serve as general manager of the North America Manufacturing Unit while continuing as president of Kubota Manufacturing of America Corporation. Arnold joined Kubota in 1995 and has held multiple leadership roles during his 30-year career.
Shingo Hanada will succeed Kitao as president and CEO in Japan, while Kitao will transition to chairman and representative director.
