Kubota Names Charlie Kowalski to Lead U.S. IT Strategy

Kubota has named Charlie Kowalski vice president of information technology for its U.S. operations.

Kubota Tractor Corporation has announced the appointment of Charlie Kowalski as vice president of information technology for its U.S. operations.

Kowalski will lead the company's enterprise technology strategy and IT organization, with responsibilities that include overseeing enterprise resource planning systems, supply chain technology, IT service management and human resources platforms.

According to Kubota, Kowalski has extensive experience leading enterprise technology transformations across global organizations, including roles with Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo and ServiceNow.

“Charlie brings a proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation and deliver meaningful business impact,” said Alex Woods, President of Kubota Tractor Corporation. “His deep expertise in ERP and SAP platforms, combined with his global leadership experience, will play a critical role as we continue to enhance our technology capabilities and support our U.S. operations.”

The company said Kowalski will focus on improving enterprise platforms through automation, integration and simplification while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Before joining Kubota, Kowalski served as senior director of product and enablement at ServiceNow. He also held senior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and PepsiCo, where he led initiatives involving operational excellence, enterprise SAP solutions and supply chain transformation.

Kubota said his experience includes building and leading teams across multiple regions while developing scalable technology platforms to support evolving organizations.
