Kubota Engine America Extends Standard Warranty
Kubota Engine America expands its standard engine warranty to three years or 3,000 hours for OEMs and equipment owners.
Kubota Engine America has expanded its standard engine warranty from two years or 2,000 hours to three years or 3,000 hours, increasing coverage for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and equipment owners operating in demanding environments.
The announcement was made on February 12 from the company’s headquarters in Lincolnshire, Illinois. The revised warranty applies to Kubota engines used across a range of construction and industrial applications.
“Our engines are built to perform reliably over the long term, and this warranty extension reflects that confidence,” said Michael De Leonardis, director of service engineering at Kubota Engine America. “By offering more coverage, we are helping customers focus on productivity and uptime, knowing their engine is backed by Kubota for more time and more hours.”
Kubota’s standard engine warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during normal use and service. Under the new terms, coverage increases to three years or 3,000 hours, providing additional protection against potential repair concerns.
The company said the extended warranty supports long-term engine operation in high-hour and heavy-use environments, which are common in construction and contractor applications. Equipment owners also have access to Kubota Engine America’s network of more than 1,500 authorized dealers for service and support.
“For end users, extended warranty coverage means greater confidence in their equipment investment,” De Leonardis said. “Whether equipment is used seasonally or day after day, customers can count on Kubota engines to deliver dependable performance, supported by responsive service and support.”
OEM partners may also see added value in Kubota-powered equipment as a result of the expanded coverage.
Kubota Engine America will display its engine lineup and provide information about the extended warranty at CONEXPO-CON/AGG in Las Vegas, March 3–7, at booth S80441.
