JLG Adds ES2632M Micro Scissor Lift to Product Line
JLG introduces the ES2632M micro-sized scissor lift as it marks 50 years of scissor lift manufacturing.
JLG Industries, Inc. has expanded its micro-sized scissor lift lineup with the introduction of the ES2632M, a compact electric model designed for contractors working in confined or demanding job site conditions. The announcement coincides with 50 years since JLG began manufacturing scissor lifts.
The ES2632M becomes the latest addition to JLG’s micro-sized scissor lift family, joining the ES1330M, ES1530M and ES1930M models. According to the company, the expanded lineup is intended to address job sites that require compact equipment capable of operating indoors and outdoors.
“From the development of our earliest boom lift models to today, JLG has consistently pushed the access equipment industry forward,” says Mirco Negri, Sr. product manager – compact equipment, JLG. “The new ES2632M model reflects how that same pioneering spirit continues after more than five decades in business, bringing customers innovative solutions designed for the realities of modern job sites.”
The ES2632M offers an indoor platform height of 25 feet, six inches, a 600-pound platform capacity and a 32-inch machine width, allowing access through narrow spaces commonly found on congested projects. The unit includes QuikFold rails designed to lower quickly for doorway access, along with a zero-turning-radius design and a leak-containment system intended for work on finished or sensitive surfaces.
JLG has equipped the lift with onboard systems such as Progressive Elevated Drive, Variable Tilt and ClearSky Smart Fleet, which are designed to support controlled operation, uptime and fleet oversight. An optional integrated mid-rail deck can be added to increase platform height by 19.5 inches.
The launch also highlights a milestone in the company’s history. JLG was founded in 1969 by John L. Grove and entered the access equipment market with its first boom lift in 1970. The company introduced its first scissor lift — the engine-powered Sizzor 15S — in 1976.
“Fifty years after introducing its first scissor lift, JLG continues to build on a legacy that began with a single idea: To make work at height safer and more productive,” says Negri. “Today, that legacy is carried forward through advanced electrification, intelligent technology and customer-inspired design across JLG’s access equipment portfolio.”
JLG plans to display the ES2632M micro-sized scissor lift at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, scheduled for March 3–7 in Las Vegas, at North Hall, booth N12308.
