IPAF Reaches 2,000 Members Worldwide
IPAF reaches 2,000 members across 83 countries, highlighting growth in safety and training in powered access.
The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) has reached a milestone of 2,000 members worldwide, reflecting continued growth across the powered access industry.
According to the organization, its membership now spans 83 countries and includes manufacturers, rental companies, contractors and training providers. The expansion highlights increased focus on safety standards, operator training and best practices for working at height.
Peter Douglas, CEO and managing director of IPAF, said, “Reaching 2,000 members is a proud moment for IPAF. Over recent years, we have expanded our training programmes, digital services and safety campaigns, supporting members in reducing workplace incidents and improving operational efficiency. As part of our commitment to a truly global community, we are also increasing the availability of our materials in more languages, ensuring we can reach and support members wherever they are in the world.
“I’d like to thank each and every member for being a part of the IPAF family and contributing to safer work at height.”
IPAF indicated it plans to continue expanding its global presence while enhancing services and advancing safety initiatives. The organization is also working toward full digital adoption of its Powered Access Licence (PAL) Card through the ePAL app.
In addition, IPAF continues to promote its Share Your Story campaign, which encourages reporting of incidents and near misses to support industry-wide learning and reinforce safety awareness.
