Fleet Cost & Care Appoints CTO to Advance Fleet Technology

Fleet Cost & Care (FCC), a provider of fleet management software for the equipment rental and heavy construction industries, has named Thinh Nguyen as its new chief technology officer. Nguyen will lead the company’s technology strategy with a focus on scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and visibility.

In his role, Nguyen will oversee product engineering, cybersecurity, IT operations and data strategy. The appointment supports FCC’s broader mission to help equipment rental operations modernize and better connect field and office teams through software and automation.

Nguyen has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software, including roles at Open Lending, Flagstar Bank and Mr. Cooper. His background includes cloud architecture, platform modernization and omni-channel engagement.

He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Texas at Arlington.
