EROAD and Whip Around Partner to Improve Fleet Maintenance and Compliance
EROAD and Whip Around join forces to improve compliance and maintenance tracking for connected fleets with real-time data.
EROAD, a global provider of connected fleet management solutions, announced a new strategic partnership with Whip Around, a fleet maintenance and compliance platform. The collaboration aims to create a streamlined solution that helps contractors and fleet operators automate compliance, extend asset life and operate more efficiently.
Combining EROAD’s real-time vehicle data, GPS tracking and compliance capabilities with Whip Around’s end-to-end maintenance management platform, the partnership is designed to enable proactive maintenance and improve overall fleet performance.
"EROAD is committed to building a connected ecosystem that simplifies fleet management and we see fleet maintenance as a significant opportunity to deliver greater value to our customers," said Mark Heine, EROAD co-CEO. "By combining our telematics expertise with Whip Around’s flexible inspection and maintenance management tools, we’ll provide fleet managers the intelligence and insights they need to take greater control of their operations and drive smarter, safer outcomes, positioning them for immediate and future success in their operations.”
With this integration, fleets will be able to manage preventative maintenance schedules and gain insight into asset health through real-time engine data. This includes fault codes, engine temperature, mileage and other key indicators that support data-driven maintenance decisions. The solution also streamlines workflows between drivers, managers and maintenance teams.
“As fleets navigate increasing operational complexity and regulatory demands, the need for cohesive, data-driven solutions has never been greater,” said Noah Hickey, Whip Around CEO. “This partnership brings together two recognized innovators to deliver a cohesive experience that enhances fleet performance, strengthens compliance, and supports long-term strategic goals.”
The partnership supports contractors and fleet operators by turning routine compliance and inspections into an opportunity for operational optimization. By integrating telematics and maintenance technologies, the solution aims to reduce downtime, control costs and promote safer fleet practices.
