Doleco Unveils Faster Ratcheting Binder for Construction Hauling

Flatbed haulers and construction fleets now have a new tool for securing loads with Doleco USA’s DoRa Gen 2 Ratcheting Load Binder.

The redesigned binder is 33% faster than its predecessor, with a revised thread pitch that advances the spindle more quickly per turn. The improvement is intended to save time during initial tie-down and re-tensioning checks required during transport.

“Drivers often over- or under-estimate a binder’s reach because they’re unsure how far they can extend it,” said Ralph Abato, president and managing director of Doleco USA. “Our patent-pending system provides peace of mind through clear visual indicators and mechanical protection, allowing operators to utilize the full extension range without risk of spindle overextension or potential deformation.”

The binder is 20% shorter when retracted, enabling use in tight areas around construction equipment where anchor points are close to the load. When extended, it reaches twice the length of a standard binder, reducing the need to disconnect and reset chains during routine checks.

Compatible with both steel chains and Doleco’s DoNova textile lashing chain, the DoRa Gen 2 is designed for flexibility in securing construction machinery, building materials and other heavy cargo.
