Cat Lift Trucks Expands Electric Line with Q Series Cushion Model

Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas, the exclusive manufacturer and provider of Cat lift trucks across North, Central and South America, has launched the Q Series Electric Cushion for Cat Lift Trucks. The series is designed to deliver zero-emissions performance while maintaining the power and durability associated with internal combustion models.

“With this new series, we’re introducing more powerful electric forklifts designed to meet the demands of today’s fast-paced operations,” said Luca Ghiotto, manager of product marketing at Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas. “The new Cat Lift Trucks Q Series Electric Cushion is built to deliver exceptional performance, especially in high-reach, heavy-duty applications where operator confidence matters most.”

The Q Series is engineered for consistent uptime and low maintenance, combining the benefits of electric power with the rugged construction that contractors and warehouse operators expect. The model delivers faster loaded lift speeds, tight turning capabilities and a full 5,000-pound lift capacity at 187 inches.

Key performance metrics include a lift speed of up to 16 feet per minute when loaded and a turning radius up to 14 inches shorter than comparable 8,000-pound competitors.

The electric cushion model is also designed to reduce emissions and operational costs while maintaining reliability across multiple shifts. Supported by the Cat dealer network, the Q Series aligns with the company’s broader move toward more efficient, sustainable material handling solutions.
