Bobcat Company has recognized nearly 150 employees through its annual Credo Awards and patent recognition program, celebrating innovation, collaboration and technical excellence across its global workforce.

The Credo Awards are based on the Doosan Credo, a set of guiding principles that shape Bobcat’s culture and decision-making. This year’s program also introduced a new category honoring employees who reached significant patent milestones.

“The Credo awards and patent milestone recognition shine a spotlight on the remarkable individuals and teams who are not only driving innovation but embodying the values that define Bobcat,” said Mike Ballweber, president, Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. “By aligning their work with our Credo, these employees demonstrate a powerful blend of technical excellence, collaboration and purpose. Their contributions are shaping the future of our company and the industries we serve.”

Employees with 10 or more patents and 15 or more patents were recognized for their role in advancing Bobcat’s product development. Areas of focus include electrification, autonomy, connectivity and design.

Honorees with 10+ patents include Dennis Agnew, Jeremy Harms, Jim Breuer, Jin-hup Yeu, John Pfaff, Jonathan Roehrl, Scott Schuh and Spencer Mindeman.

Honorees with 15+ patents include Chris Young, Jeff Dahl, Mark Bares, Michael Wetzel and Thomas Tokach.

Bobcat notes that patents are vital to protecting the innovation that has been part of its history since 1958, when the company created the compact equipment industry.
