Bobcat Company launched its 2025 “Work Worth Doing” initiative to honor individuals making meaningful contributions to their communities, many of whom work with or benefit from the company’s compact equipment and jobsite solutions.

The campaign highlights Bobcat’s focus on community support and engagement, aligning with its broader mission to empower people through innovative machinery and practical tools. Nominations for this year’s initiative came from local Bobcat dealers across the country, identifying community members whose work has created a positive local impact.

To amplify the stories behind these efforts, Bobcat has partnered with several brand ambassadors, including Chip Gaines, Josh Duhamel, Justin Moore and Ryan Nyquist. Each will take part in surprise visits throughout the year to recognize and reward honorees selected for their community service.

“Bobcat products are more than just a piece of equipment; they are tools of transformation,” said Laura Ness Owens, Bobcat vice president of global brand and marketing. “Our ‘Work Worth Doing’ initiative showcases how Bobcat owners and operators can drive meaningful change, illustrating how a single effort led by one individual can create an extraordinary impact.”

The campaign kicked off in May with a collaboration between Bobcat and Chip Gaines, who surprised U.S. veteran Jason Shields with a Bobcat T595 compact track loader. Shields is the founder of Hoof Haven Sanctuary, a nonprofit that rescues, rehabilitates and provides permanent homes for injured or endangered horses.

“As a longtime fan and customer of Bobcat, I’m incredibly proud to be part of this initiative,” said Gaines. “It’s about celebrating the everyday heroes—the people who dig in to solve problems, roll up their sleeves and make a real difference.”

Bobcat’s initiative will continue throughout 2025, with Duhamel, Moore and Nyquist scheduled to appear at locations across the U.S. to honor other selected individuals. The campaign emphasizes Bobcat’s commitment not only to providing jobsite solutions but also to supporting those who improve their communities.
