Pease has more than three decades of leadership experience across construction media, cranes and industrial markets. Before launching Pease Group, he spent over 30 years with a global construction media organization, where he served as chief operating officer. His background includes digital transformation initiatives, commercial development and building scalable business systems across construction and equipment sectors.
