Arrowhead Winch Names Blake Chandler CEO

Arrowhead Winch has appointed Blake Chandler as chief executive officer, effective July 6, 2026, as the company continues its focus on operational growth and industrial equipment markets.

The Broken Arrow, Oklahoma-based manufacturer of industrial winch, hoist and drive systems announced Chandler’s appointment June 9. According to the company, Chandler brings 30 years of experience in strategic growth, operations and global market development across industrial manufacturing and distribution sectors.

Prior to joining Arrowhead Winch, Chandler spent 18 years with WireCo WorldGroup, where he held several leadership roles, including senior vice president of global sales. During his tenure, the company expanded from a regional competitor to a global organization with more than $800 million in annual revenue.

Most recently, Chandler served as general manager of the rigging business for Lift Solutions Holdings, overseeing strategy, sales, operations and financial performance.

In his new role, Chandler will oversee Arrowhead Winch’s continued efforts in innovation, customer partnerships and operational performance across the company’s BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic product brands.
