A1A Software has announced a leadership transition within its sales and marketing team, marking the retirement of Bruce Kabalen and the promotion of Brittany Bray to marketing manager.

Kabalen joined A1A Software in 2023 after spending 25 years with Link-Belt Cranes. During his tenure at A1A Software, he served as vice president of sales and marketing, supporting initiatives tied to products including 3D Lift Plan and iCraneTrax.

“Bruce brought valuable crane industry experience and product knowledge to A1A Software,” said Tawnia Weiss, president of A1A Software. “We appreciate his contributions and wish him the best in retirement.”

Bray most recently served as sales and marketing coordinator, supporting sales and marketing operations through customer service, training, trade shows and marketing materials. In her new position, she will oversee marketing communications, public relations, website updates, social media and trade show coordination.

According to the company, Bray will also lead marketing efforts for 3D Lift Plan, iCraneTrax and iFleetTrax while continuing to assist with customer service efforts.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to step into this new role and continue supporting A1A Software’s customers, products and industry presence,” said Bray. “I look forward to building on the company’s strong foundation and continuing our marketing efforts for 3D Lift Plan, iCraneTrax and iFleetTrax.”

Fernandina Beach, Florida-based A1A Software develops software and business tools for the heavy construction industry, including solutions tailored to crane and equipment owners.
