NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TOWER ERECTORS ELECTS NEW CHAIRMAIN

Watertown, South Dakota, February 13, 2006 -- The National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE), the unified voice of tower erection, service and maintenance industry elected a new chairman during the association's 11th Annual Conference & Exposition in Orlando, Florida.
Don Doty, vice president of Doty-Moore Tower Services, Inc. of Cedar Hill, Texas assisted in the formation of NATE and served as Vice Chairman of the association since NATE's inception in 1995. He also served as chairman of NATE's OSHA Relations Committee during those years. Doty replaces Craig Synder, who retired after serving the association's chairman for four years. Synder, president and CEO of Sioux Falls Tower & Communications of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, became the association's immediate past chairman. Kevin Hayden of Hayden Tower Service, Inc. of Topeka, Kansas was the first chairman of NATE.

NATE's elected leaders chose Pat Cipov, president of Cipov Enterprises, Inc. of Sumter, South Carolina, as association's Vice Chairman. Cipov is also a member of the association and is also an original member of the NATE OSHA Relations Committee. She was elected to the Board of Directors in 2000.

Terry Sharp, president of Grant Tower, Inc. of Grant, Michigan, retained the title of association's secretary/treasurer. Sharp was founding member of the association and is also an original member of NATE's Board of Directors. He served on numerous NATE committees.

Rounding out NATE's leadership are William H. Gathright, Sr., vice president of Brook Hill Communications, Inc., Dave Anthony, president of Shenandoah Tower Service, Ltd., John Hanna, Jr., president of Tower and Communications Services, Inc., Ron Romano, president of Installation Services, Inc., Jim Coleman, president of Southern Broadcast Services, Inc., and Kevin Reski, president of Great Plains Towers, Inc.

NATE was formed on March 31, 1995 in Dallas Texas. NATE's mission is to provide a unified voice for tower erecting, maintenance and service companies.
