Thermoplastic hose assemblies are often found on forklift trucks and material handling equipment. The Thermoplastic hose range offered by PIRTEK falls into two main categories which is 100R7 and 100R8 hose.

The main difference between these two hoses is the pressure rating, the 100R7 has working pressures of up to 3000 P.S.I. and the 100R8 has a working pressure of up to 5000 P.S.I.

In addition the PIRTEK ranges of 100R7 hoses are available in a twin line form for use over the mast and pulley systems on forklift trucks. This hose has the added feature of being able to work in temperatures as low as –70 degrees farenheight for forklifts, which work in refrigerated warehouses.

Both styles of hose are available in the standard black cover which is perforated for use on pneumatic systems. Hoses manufactured with an orange cover are specifically designed for use in non-conductive applications.
