The universal, patent-pending Cushotrac® Clamp-On™ is a revolutionary new track pad designed specifi cally for customers who don’t want the hassle and long lead times associated with custom, made-to-order pads.
The Clamp-On™ requires no special fi tting and is engineered to tighten directly to the steel double or triple bar grouser shoe on equipment such as crawler cranes, excavators, trenchers, directional or vertical drills, and other steel-tracked construction equipment. In addition, the versatile Clamp-On™ pad is interchangeable between equipment with like grouser shoes and is easily removed when surface protection is not necessary.
The secret is in the design. Using two fl oating clamps, the Cushotrac® Clamp-On™ installs quickly and easily with no drilling (mounting holes through the steel grouser shoe) and requires no additional mounting hardware. Superior’s unique ALS™ (Active Leveraging System) forces the dual clamps to continuously tighten, virtually eliminating track pad loosening and failure due to mechanical breakdown.
